Phoenix Municipal Court, Arizona Warrant Search
Phoenix Municipal Court judges have the power to issue arrest or bench warrants for failure to appear or to comply with court orders. The court also provides clear avenues to resolve outstanding municipal warrants.
If an active warrant exists, the affected individual can submit a written motion by mail or email to court@phoenix.gov requesting a new hearing or a payment contract. Another avenue is to pay the total warrant amount in full online (via the Financial Obligation portal), by phone, or in person.
The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office executes warrants issued by county- and city-level courts and has a public Warrants Lookup page. Individuals can use the Agency filter to select the Phoenix Police Department and review the area's active warrants online.
